General Fail MOT on this?

My front indicators have cracks on the lenses and theres water and condensation behind them jus wann kno if u can fail ur MOT on this and weather its worth me buying some smoked 1's [8D] as my MOT is coimg soon.

LAZINESS (and it's cold and wet out there - okay, so I'm a wimp) ...
