simple question! [8D]

But it isn't an off the shelf job, fab work is required to mount up the charger, plumbing is easy enough and you will need an ecu for the second injector and a map sensor to drive it.

BTW anyone know what bar the standard ecu map sensor can cope with[?]

get one from a breakers, I have a charger of a mini cooper S.
And as for price, unless you have done this thing before, can make up brackets, know how to map an ecu etc then it may be easier to go for a kit. I do things on the cheap, know alot of like minded people who play with cars and have bits n pieces about I can use.
Dont forget you will have to drop the compresion aswell, I just happen to have a low comp head in the shed, if I had to buy new pistons I wouldnt bother, my budget is around 5p to get this done, so gotta sell bits off puug to fund the ecu purchace, although I might build a mega squirt ecu kit myself and save some pennys (sorry, rambling again :))

Ya, i'm not exactly mechanically minded! although me and y dad have had this thing apart too many times to recall! It might be better for me to turbo it with vanaaken! :D

Need some cash first though!

Steve, Ive seen the Megasquirt....was thinking of doing one for my 899 -->1242 conversion. Decided its too complex as no igintion system is involved!

1242cc Engine to go in soon, boot delock soon, ETech Wing still in garage, so's the effing K+N!

will just rip a map sensor off a scrappy car then, I presumed so as it would be measuring -ve pressure from the manifold.
