Has anyone experienced this? My handbrake just needs a touch with the finger to release itself (no handbrake button involved) when the weather is really cold...

Check that the rachet and pawl are lubricated and the lever is not bent.

I am having the same problem. Came out to find it the other side of the carpark thankfully having rolled gently into the side of a skip and not another car!

Did you get a resolution...Service due soon so would like to get it fixed.
