Styling Bumper Insert Painting

Had a quick search.....

Grey Cing Sporting with very faded red inserts. Gone rather pink now and i'm fed up of everyone asking "why have you got pink pits on your car?"

Any tips for removing the inserts / bumper trim and repainting it?

Going to go red or orange.

Would just a simple T-cut bring these back to original glory?

Not t-cut cos it's plasticy.

I painted mines in situ just by masking off, full removal requires bumpers off though.
