ive decided to give Candice a makeover, and i wanna go proper euro.
my mate Andy is a dub fan and for some reason.. he's been thinking about what i should do to my car.. things he has come up with so far are...

  • De-clutter, (bumps strips off, badges, stickers off)
  • Skirts and bumpers smoothed in
  • Arches stretched out ie pulled
  • Coilovers
  • 13” ATS classics
  • Red crystal rear lights
  • Crystal clear fronts
  • Silly wiper blades off
  • Leather interior
  • Wheel spacers so wheels stick out the arch a lil bit

im liking all his ideas. but i wanna keep the back lights dark.

anything else you would suggest to give candice the euro look?
and what do you think of.. well i would say my, but they are Andy's plans.. not that hes actually gonna HELP with any of it lol.

cheers :D

Go for it.. will look superb!
And i dont see anything wrong with spraying it brown either, as long as you get the shade right...

All sounds good, could smooth off the strips down the side for an ultimately smooth look.

When you say smooth in bumpers i assume you mean into the wings so theres no line... Don't do that!! it'll look ace but it'll crack out with the slightest bump and you won't be able to get the bumper off which is handy at times.

Pretty sure you won't find any alternative rear lights other than lexus ones, the black lexus ones look sweet though, mad as that sounds but they do. Nor will you find crystal clear front lights, they just don't exist. Be happy for someone to prove me wrong on that though.

Agree with blu i doubt you will be able to change the rears like you want.

However the Polish lot did make some one off custom rear lights but IIRC they broke all seals inside and the lights inside to do it. Wouldnt fancy that myself as one small slip and the lights would be ruined

I tried very hard to get a set of them at one point, was unable as the people who made them stopped as they were not road legal. theres no red reflector left in them so wouldn't pass MOT here either

iirc the lights dont need reflectors, they just need to be on the rear of the car.

true true, but that'd make the back look ****e if you just stuck some reflectors on, i was thinking at the time of getting the little strip below the rear numberplate made to be reflective but couldn't get my hands on a set anyway

custom? you can get reflective vinyl.

so you could probably do a strip across the rear splitter, if you can get hold of a set of the lights kay.

on my cinq there is a little reflective circle, about the size of a 10 pence peice.would that do???lol

Standard lights tho so i dont know why its there

Really wanted a set of rear lights like ghosts.asked him if he could sell them off ebay, said no then went and did it anyway:mad:

I think you could find some better wheels than ats classics for sei. don't think they look good due to the sei's curves. do look the s**t on cinqs tho.

you could try to find some dtm mirrors with side repeaters in and the smooth the wings and the strips down the side of the doors to give it that clean look.

has anyone tried putting some barcetta door handle on a sei yet? thats big with dub's at the mo.

I've been trying to find some 7 x 13 steel wheels. can't find any that'll fit. are the ones on the polish cars i've seen widened by welding in an extra section? is this legal?

sounds awesum

I'd definately say smooth off the strips on the side aswell and side reapeaters if u can get your hands on those wingmirrors dave put up.
