what does the ecu control other than injectors and ingition timing.
if i was to have a dizzy and carbs could i just take away the ecu?

I'm looking at bike carbs.
my local test center has been known not to test the emissions

or be prepeared to refit all the OE gubbins once a year.
depends how much work you do and are prepeared ot do once a year.
just be aware that while its rare your emissions can be tested at the roadside
