Thats about 108mm, so a definite no with wobbly bolts.

You could get hub adaptors but its just not worth it. What size of wheels are you looking at?

they are 13" but are 10" wide, so lots of dish. im trying to go for a euro look.

I think you need to measure your wheel arch depth. 10 inches wide will be about 4 inches beyond the wheel arch.

Maximum will probably be 13x7'' without arch mods and even they will be a pain to fit.

The euro look is hard to pull off on a UK spec cento as the laws are a lot different to our counterparts, you would be breaking the law for a start if you mariculously got them to fit without some serious archwork

I suggest going back to the drawing board
