Then the plastic middle bit fell off so I bought a new badge on ebay. Good quality item..But I can't get the old one off.
So Im planning to hot glue a plate fixing onto the badge and pop it off with a slide hammer. my plate fixing is like a large washer with a hook welded on fits inside the badge. I also notice that when the boot got really hot the badge could be moved around, only by a small bit. so I will heat the badge up using the kettle before trying to pull the badge off. Its held on with glue.
been having fun with the front one aswell. you have to take the grill off and two nuts just spin so will have to cut them off (but no room) or smash it off and replace the lot ...
, I would like to remove the rear badge on my Mk2b Punto due to sun damage to replace it with a new one, any tutorials please on how to do so? Thanks
