If you are serious about shine, then use these products.

I am very anal about cleaning (particularly with my motorbike) and have tried loads of different products and Meguiars is hands down the best I've come across yet.

So far I've used their Gold Class shampoo / conditioner and the 3 step polishing system and it's left the car looking incredible.

I recently bought some of their Tech Wax which I've only had chance to use on my bike, but the finish it's left is unreal.

Highly recommended.

hi

ive always been an autoglym guy but I've heard good things about this stuff. Does the 3step system include washing it, or do u wash it, then use them 3 products

Yep, autogleam all the way. Meguiars is ok. However if you really are into your shine and have an amazing condition paintwork you want to keep looking mint then use Diamond brite. It is very expensive to have done and quite a bit of work to maintain, but you get what you pay for. IIRC about £300 for a full DB service. I have some sat right next to me, but my paintwork would be a waste. :p

You wash it, then use the 3 products.

Try the Gold Class shampoo then the Tech Wax (only 2 steps not 4!), it's left my bike looking incredible.

I too was an Autoglym user (get it at trade price) but not any more.

Again, another former autoglym/random user....Bought a bottle of Meguiars and I think it's gonna be difficult to use anything else!

RE DB, you can get the kids on Ebay for mucho cheapness from time to time...if you've got a garage (not an outdoor job) or access to one its a sound investment, its expensive at full retail (even including a days labour for a GOOD valeter) but its well worth it on newer cars... (y)

I just brought some Meguiars Detailing Clay after many peope raving about it on clublupo.co.uk (the other half has one).
I used it one my dads Rover 45, and I have to say its absoutely amazing stuff. I thought ther car looked great after washing it, but after claying it and then polishing it, my god its gorgeous. The clay takes off any tar ground in dirt.
A quick test for you, when you wash your car, with a dry hand gently stroke the paintwork, if its rough and gritty, get some of this stuff, then re do the test. Its like glass.

expensive at 12quid a pack but the clay should last a few times. Its a bottle of lube and a block of white clay

I'm sorry but a rover will NEVER be gorgeous :p
