Tardis

This may be a daft question but I bought some autosmart tarsus the other day to remove the tar spots on my side skirts. Do you have to dilute it or do you just use it neat??

Re: Tardis

is it a spray bottle mate?

if it is, its fine, If not... I would imagine you do need to dilute it... you could alway so a small test...

an alternative is a claybar, they do the trick with ease

edit; does it not say on the can? if not. i guess not

No it came in a normal bottle with a screw top, transferred it into a spray bottle now. I've tried clay on it but it won't come off, hopefully this will help.

Not stupid, there's loads of chemicals that you can dilute and are supposed to, but most tar and glue removers are emulsifiers. So you physically can't dilute them and expect them to operate in the same manner. Not with water anyway.
Thanks S1M0 thanked for this post
