Saw some AutoGlym or whatever today in Halfords not sure whats its like. I just use febreze drive for a few minutes with the windows open and it smells like brand new.
Autosmart berry blast or fruitbowl....

I know its not a freshener but if you use it to clean your plastics/dash it leaves a nice smell.

I also like the bubblegum flavour California car scents that come in a litte metal tin.

If your car has leather seats(which mine has) use Gliptone Liquid Leather air freshener. It smells of leather everytime you get into your car-it lasts for months. They also have an air freshner which fits under the seat so you don't see the freshner.
the BEST you can get are California scents (http://www.californiascents.com/) They come in tins. not cheap but you wont get better. can pick them up from ebay or come car shops.
My dad has a cherry one in hes lucida for about 2 years now and it still smells brilliant. I stole a block (looks like compressed wood) out of it and jammed it into the air vent of my cinq and when i want the car to smell nice i open the vent for a few mins.
They do a new car smell one... altho i dunno why anyone would want there car to smell of plasic

around £4-5 with the postage. not sure what most of them smell like but the cherry one we have smells just like bakewell tarts :yum:
i cant do with teh "fake" smelling air freshners, ie ones that smell like apple etc
Got my Tropi-care one delivered yesterday, and can say it is a decent smelling one, smells like brand new leather... although slightly out of place because i dont have leather lol

Yeh. I'm looking for a decent air freshener that doesn't smell fruity like apples or cherries, I like the vanillarama tree one but goes very quickly.

I tried that one, was fine after it had been out the packet for about a week, was just too strong when you first open it

You seen people where they leave them in the packet? There are "cut here" lines on the packet, think it's incase you don't want the smell too strong.

Yeah I've seen that but why would you want to leave a crappy bit of plastic on?! They could at least design that bit better so people feel like they can leave it on if needed...
