I do, I have the Karcher one which I half fill with Tescos wash and wax (Or Megs soft wash if I am flush) and half hot water. The result is white suds everywhere!

You need a proper lance for real foam.

Didn't fool us

I get on well with the Elite Car Care lance and their own foam - although I might try PH neutral next time.

lol....typical argument nearly finished PH been very good have tried various amounts/ratios with various results 125 and some warm water seems to work well right now...although andy is tempting me just to buy some BH autofoam and then some clay...got a few other bits to order first mainly some CG speed wipe....love the stuff....

Does anyone have a definitive answer on the ratio of bilt hamber auto foam for using with the proper snow foam HD lance.

I am going to give it my first try this morning (hopefully), and will use a sugested 340ml to 160ml of water, giving me 500ml in the bottle, but there seems to be a huge debate on detailing world regarding the amounts to use, and as I got my recomendation to buy the product from here, I thought hopefully someone might have a suggestion as to what works for them.

your best to find the ratio that works best for you by yourself imo, as water in your area maybe harder or softer than other peoples.

I put less foam in mine than i do water, it's written in my garage to remind me but i think i use 2:3

But then again my memory is shocking

For the elite foam I have my gun set to about 2/3 round the dial.
Then in the bottle about 1 part foam to 2 parts water. Bit hamer may be a different mix though.

im using 250ml of bh to 750ml water and running the dial fully open..

this gives me a concentration at the lance of 50% what BH recommend (5% PIR) and it works fine in my case at that dilution

as tris says have a play and see what happens
