Do you have any idea how to keep clean the leather ivory steer wheels and the ivory parts in the Fiat 500? How you make this? Or is it cleaned at the service only?

Leather wipes from Poundland or somewhere similar for, well a £1! I use them on my leather seats too :)

I seem to just follow you around heidi, saying "ditto"! We're the pounshop duo! I would definitely recommend washing your hands before taking the car out though, I always do now. Before, even though my hands seemed clean, they still left residue on the wheel.

I'm not going to be feeding the leather .... I've got cream leather sofas at home, had them 10 years and wash once a month with Jif and warm water and no sign of cracking yet. (famous last words where the car seats are concerned eh?! lol)

what a coinkindink, this is my normal skin care routine and as those of you who have seen my picture can testify, I have a complexion which belies my 46 years! Pentapeptides? Hyluronic acid? Pah!

Thanks, I will try to find something similar here in Hungary. By the way I have got from my Mum some cheap thin cotton gloves if my hand is not so clean for any reason.

My interior plastics have never gotten dirty, but if they were I'd use my highly diluted all purpose cleaner solution (1:40) followed by a wipe over with G Techniq C3 Copolymer Carnauba to restore trim to factory look without too much shine. The steering wheel I clean with Gliptone Liquid Leather cleaner and a soft brush.

Lloyd, you were a lot easier to understand when you were that naive young lad tucking in to curry at the last NFM. LOL. :shakehead:

I've just used baby wipes (one of the benefits of having kid around)

I've cleaned the steering wheel and the gear knob. Quick wipe does it!

No knob jokes please!

Don't worry, I'll be the same at NFM2...just as long as me and Mark aren't anywhere near each other! I'm hoping my car will be cleaner this time round though.

Mark originally said he wasn't coming as he was going to the Bristol extravaganza. Mind you he also said that he wanted to pick your brains at the NFM2 about his camera so hopefully he will be attending both.

I'm hoping mine will be the cleanest car at NFM2 then! ;) I love how the IOW meet has it's own number already!
