just wondered if anyone had used back to black on there bumpers before.... i would spray them but i dont trust myself on such a big job .... its a black car aswell so if they go pretty black i wont be to bothered!... anyway is using it any good? and what are the results like... cheers (y)

I love this stuff, does wonders for your bumpers etc, my mums punto is the ones that the bumper is all black, and her car is black as well, sprayed the whole bumper and when my dad saw it, he thought my mum had gone out and bought a brand new colour coded bumper lol.

Spray it wisely though, you can get carried away and does tend to go everywhere especially on a windy day. Not good on paint work really especially after you put some polish on it. For small areas, spray it on some cloth or even a tissue and just wipe it on there

Good stuff and cheap, would recommend it (y)

Ive used it on the panels between the window, as these tend to get very worn out. To be honest it didnt do the trick for me.

I used it on my old megane, worked for all the door handles and mirrors, but not for the bumbers, but diffrent types of plastic i think!!!

May get some for my mirrors on my punto, but got cc bumbers now :D

I used to use it on my old Pug 106 and it did wonders for it, nothing like having jet black bumpers on what was a red car.

I'm the same as
'im2welsh4u' now in having colour coded bumpers and so only use it on the mirrors, by the looks of it we have exactly the same cars actually.

I used Black to Black for years but didn't like the tear runs you get if i rained.

I now use the Bumper Black Cream i think its called that, you apply it to a damp cloth, rumb it in, when dry slighly buff. You get a nice shine and it lasts longer than B2B and no tear runs when it rains:rolleyes:

You can use it on all black tims.

where dya get that from... its sounds pretty good :)... im definately going to get the back to black though... will try it tommorow ;)

Chemical guys new look trim get is better and lasts longer.

It's a great car, i loves it!!!

Do you have the factory fitted sub, and cd controls on the steeringwheel?
Was they standard, or did the person who had it first pay extra for them?

it has the fittings and connections for the sub in the back but there was none in it when I bought it, it does have the steering controls though, they were standard. Does your one have a small pillar for a 3 point centre seatbelt because it doesn't look standard, although it could well be. How much bhp does the 16v have?

Yeah i actually have a middle 3point belt, with the thing there lol......

It has 83BHP, so its pritty quick up the the 8v 59bhp, what top speed have you got outa her? what year is it? Also have u got remote locking?

I live in Ireland so we don't have many notorways but one trip on one i got up to 150kmh and iwhile it was comfortable enough i don't think there was much more to come from it, its only rated to do 96mph anyway. its 05' and has remote locking ya. did you debadge the back yourself?

Think we have exactly the same cars, just with diffrent engine's then.... I have had 115mph on flat.... Nah had that done at a local bodywork place.... Do you like it or not, some do some don't! lol (y)
