Hi.

Sorry for spamming the forum these days, but I sadly experience some issues with my Bravo that I would like fixed once for all.

As some of you know I need my M32 gearbox replaced, because of the 5 and 6 gear bearings.

But I find this whole operation very very expensive... The car has 116.000 miles on it, so it makes no sense to not replace the clutch plate and release bearing, but now im wondering about the flywheel..

Since I noticed here the other day that there is noise coming from the gearbox when the clutch pedal isn't pressed. And since I've read all the horror stories about dual mass flywheels and are experiencing vibrations at hard acceleration, as well as the noise with pedal not pressed, I was wondering if it's the flywheel on its way out.

Driveshafts have been replaced two years ago and not driven much since then. But how do I know if it's the flywheel or the drive shafts that cause the vibrations under hard acceleration??

Is it true that it's impossible to find a cheap single mass flywheel and clutch kit, in order to experience better reliability going forward, also since the car has been chipped to 175 BHP.
