A while ago my heater (manual AC) control unit lights went off (those three round buttons), all of them at once, as seen in the picture below.

Everything above them (radio, etc.) and below them (three buttons for rear window heater, A/C and recirculation) work fine.

I don't know whether there is only one bulb, or more of them. If there are more there's a chance it is just a fuse and not the bulbs. If it might be a fuse, do you know which one?

I've heard the disassemble of this panel is kind of difficult.

I suspect it is 3 bulbs.. and the fuse will power other things

So a poor connection is likely

All of the Grandes use more than 1 bulb..
I see no reason why the Bravo would be different
