Hello guys,

since I didn't really find any solution I'm trying to get help through my own topic.
I own Bravo 2007 1.4 T-jet 110kw with 186kkm mileage.

The issue is vibration at idle speed and when I get engine to higher revs, all of this in neutral. When riding vibrations are felt on gear stick at high rpms and the engine makes very unpleasant sound. When I start A/C the vibrations gets dampened more, but are still there.

So far I tried:
Replaced Differential side reaction rod
Changed the spark plugs for new ones (NGK 93311 aka IKR9J8)
Replaced auxiliary belt along with tensioner

Tried to switch coils around (have 2 more spare), no change in vibration whatsoever.

I'm kinda getting low on ideas so any hint would be cool, those vibrations are really annoying.

Does the engine look like it's moving at all when doing this?

It could be a failed engine mount is so especially if in had oil getting on to it for a while as it softens the rubber

I can see vibrations on the engine cover, it goes like 2cm front and back. When I get it in gear it does not move that much tho.
I've checked the mount and it doesn't look damaged, considering the fact that differential side reaction rod had cracks all around rubber housing, this one seems intact, no oil in it or anything. But maybe it could be the mount, the vibrations started small at first, now it's really unbearable.

Don't know what a differential side reaction rod Is probably something lost in translation?

And to check for play in the mounts on you need to try moving the engine up down/ front to back ect ideally with a leaver in on something sold to get some leverage

No, it's the 3rd engine mount.

Well what I did now was replacing all 3 mounts for new ones. The vibrations are even worse, I'm getting out of ideas already

I replaced engine mount on my t-jet due to vibrations that engine transfered to chasis.
I bought New one, OEM Fiat.
It was one by the cambelt, right one.

Vibrations was gone for 50 percent.
Then i bought OEM used one from car that had no vibrations.
After install, you dont feel engine running.

So, New OEM engine mount was fault (probably was old and rubber got stiffed-or improper storage)

The vibrations now are so big now it resonates whole car, at idle, while driving, everytime.
My guess is DMF is going toast, I wanted to replace it next year so maybe it's time to get on to it.. I'll update when I get it changed as if it helped or not..
