Top rubbery piece that holds the shock absorber to the wheel arch

I have bought a 2007 bravo ll, 1.9 diesel multijet.
I've had a knocking noise in the drivers wheel arch since buying the car, after changing the anti roll bars and wishbone, the knocking noise continued only it sounds up through the wheel arch.

I've bought top struts with friction bearings as there is to much movement but for the love, I can't seem to find the name or the right part for attaching the whole lot to the wheel arch.
If anyone knows the name or has a link where I can possibly purchase these from 🤷.

Re: Top rubbery piece that holds the shock absorber to the wheel arch

FYI: that bit is never supposed to be tight against the metal, with the weight of the car on the wheels.

Check the condition of the struts when you replace the top mounts.

I'd check the steering en links and the steering rods.
Also the steering box itself (although these usually go on the passenger side).
The steering box doesn't knock in the steering wheel, typically they don't get axial play, but some lateral play.
