Hi All,

I am thinking about changing the rear pads and discs in my Bravo II 105 HP. What’s brand do you recommend? I’ve two favorites in mind..... TRW or Delphi, being the second one the cheapest.
Tell me about your experiences with these brands.

Cheers

I have good experience with genuine ones, also with EBC, Textar and ATE. From my Renault not so good with Delphi... But I think that all better brands does not produce bad product. Especially brake rotors. Three difference is brake pads...

At the lower end of the market brands are much the same of a muchness. If the braking system is working as it should I wouldn't be paying silly money for rear discs. Even if you drive like a loon most of the braking on a car is up front. Real Brembo discs up front with decent pads are a better answer. Then again, if you have ABS as long as the system is kicking in OK & of course your braking ability relies on decent tyres.

What I'm saying here is a good brake service, perhaps change the brake fluid will see you all right.:)

Thanks you to All.

Finally I have choose Brembo pads and discs although i think the other brands, specially TRW are also a very good options.
I usually change the braking system fluid every two years as dealer recomends.

Have this year update my rear brakes. I brought TRW discs and pads. After 8 000 km's they brake good (like as OEM Bosch), without any noise, and also discs doesn't have any lips yet or deformations. So I'm satisfied with them. Hope this helps anyone.

Brenbo have gone downhill a lot in recent years many of there discs are made from Chinese scrap metal now o ky there performance range is still good

I got the Brembo rear discs + pads. Happy so far. Braking OK, no squealing or annoying sounds present. Anyway, you don't want extra performance from rear brakes. You want approx. 70 - 80% braking to be done by front brakes.
