Hi all, newbie on here and hoping that someone has done this before to help me out. I have a coolant leak from the intake manifold on my 2008 Bravo 1.6 m jet. I have stripped away more or less everything at the back and left side of the engine ( engine mount, timing belt etc ) removed all the manifold nuts and I have about 1 - 2 cm of movement on the manifold to move it away from the engine but I can not move it any fur ther so that it clears the studs. Any ideas what is in the way to stop it. As some of you know there is not a lot of room at the back of the engine the only thing I can see that might be the problem is the pipes for the clutch.
Any pointers would be great. Thanks. Roy
