Hi all

I have a 2008 '08' plate Tjet 150, and am wanting to carry out an oil change.

It appears however that there are two types of filter available, and so does anyone have any knowledge on how to check without physically removing the old one before buying a replacement?

It is a cartridge type, black plastic top, sat below and to the side of the exhaust manifold.

Thanks in advance

Craig

Short of buying it from a dealer, and i only paid £5 for one for my multiair, no although usually if you buy both types from Euro they'll have the wrong one back.

ePer will show you the correct filter part number based on your VIN.
Then you cross reference that with other manufacturers, like Bosch..and find the correct one. (i'm 99% sure it's this one: BOSCH 1 457 429 256)

Cheers for the info guys, i assumed the same filter myself but its always nice to have a second opinion.

I get that filters are cheap, and so is no great hardship if i buy both. But over the years doing it for every car i've owned, i've got a cracking collection of useless filters, and would love to stop doing it!
