As I can see, your unit is WinCE OS, which is pretty much dead OS. I decided for android unit. More expensive but at least sender is giving a free shipping via DHL.

I had one of those winCE sh*tty units and I replaced it with an android unit from erisin. It's an all in one head unit. Reverse and front camera, steering control, GPS, online navigation, spotify and emails using a SIM card in a USB connector, etc. The radio isn't as good as the original, but I've seen worst.
Don't waste any money on a WinCE unit.
