Hi all, after finally getting the car back yesterday from getting a new radiator, I’ve noticed two problems. But as I’m working today I can’t check any wire or fuses properly until tomorrow. When turning the steering wheel so far, the fog light for that direction used to come on. Also the case if the indicator was on. The bulbs still work as I’ve turned the fog lights on to check. So maybe a lose wire or a fuse? Also I got the car re-gassed a few weeks ago, but since having the repairs if I put the air con on i hear this kind of whining noise, but the noise only comes and goes when I turn the air con on/off. Condenser faulty or loose belt? Thanks for any info regarding these problems

About the whirring noise:

It's either than fan spooling up to force air through the condenser, or the bearings on the compressor.

Both happen on my car; the compressor is audible at low speed, and the fan when stationary.

To state the obvious, before doing anything you should tae it bck to the garage who did the radiator. Are they a garage you have used before and trust?

Does the fog light on turning (kerb light) still work on the other side / direction?
I cant see how the radiator repair would affect the kerb light, but the air con certainly could be in lots of ways.

Not used them before as it was the car dealership who sorted the repairs, won’t be using them again. Just rang my warranty provider who said I can take it to any garage that’s vat registered, so once I’m back off my little break away from life I’ll be taking it to get sorted.

Also the kerb light doesn’t light up in either direction, and I don’t have the option to turn it on/off from the dash menu. Just looked to make sure [emoji16]

And thank you both for the info
