Technical Max boost levels?

What max PSI levels should I be seeing on my 150T 1.9 JTD 16V?

Mine peaks at 22.5 psi but I get over boost warnings at times and have it go in limp mode.

Taken the VNT ring apart to clean up and it is still doing it

Ordered a new CHRA and VNT ring, so hoping that'll help/sort the issue, but would still like to know

I'd change the MAP (boost) senor on the back of the manifold first. Or at least clean it. Much cheaper and easier. I'm at work so don't have access to the tech data at the moment.

I did change it with a new one a few months ago when I first started getting over boost
Might take it out to try cleaning it

Need a new CHRA and VNT ring anyway, as the exhaust blades all have pieces missing and the VNT ring is quite damaged/chipped, had to sand it down just to make sure the blades could move properly

Yes you do need to do the turbo
