As per title, does anyone have any advice on removing the turbo?
Such as easiest way to do it?

Manifold off engine?
Turbo off Manifold?

Anything I should keep an eye out for?

I’ve got no advice but let us know how it goes I would have thought turbo off manifold would be easiest

What year is the car and what is the eexact engine? If it is a 1.9D (old Bravo/Brava) it does not have a turbo. Tthe turbocharged engines are the TD, JTD and mJTD. Some have the exhaust casong of the turbo as part of the manifold.
