Hi all hope you are all good.
How the hell does oil get on the boost pressure sensor when iv already put a new turbo core in.that seems like the only logical explanation.
Can some 1 plz enlighten me on this issue
Many thanks

1. what engine?
2. did you remove all the intake components and extensively clean everything? pipes, hoses, intercooler
3. blow-by
4. bad oil separator.

Thanks for the reply.
The car is a tjet 120
My suspicion is a bad oil seperator,
Do you think a bad oil sperator could cause oil burn blue smoke.
Many thanks

EGR valve.

Can't blame the EGR for this one, the tjet petrol engine doen't have one.

Not universally absent on petrols though. I first came across EGR on a 1970's 2 litre Lotus twincam engine in a California spec Jensen Healey I bought in Jersey around 1985. Needless to say EGR was disabled. No law on emissions equipment back then.
