Hi all,

So my Bravo 2008 has picket up yet another fault with its automatic climate control...The only temperature it will blow at is at max heat, regardless of what it's set to; from 16°C to MAX, and affects both sides. However if it's set to LOW, the A/C kicks in, sending the car to the Arctic within minutes. The problem is that there's no in-between/warm. Max heat or minimum cold (although the fan can be turned down for both) so I'm constantly alternating between the 2 on any journey longer than 10 minutes.

I'm fairly certain its a blown resistor but does anyone else has any ideas? :)

In case you're wondering, the last problem I had with it (August) was that the passenger side would only blow hot, no matter what (a fairly common problem as it seems) however I managed to fix it by replacing the actuator drive shaft which had snapped.

Mine was doing the exact same thing either red hot or freezing on LOW, it was the control switch/cog things which had sheared off, they're £9 each (theres three in total) from fiat and took approx 2 hrs to replace them all, glovebox out, centre tunnel, theres a guide on here if you search for it!!
