Hi all

My car is running into LIMP mode very often. The car comes back to run properly after switched off/on.
Finding out and googling I've been checking the Turbo Boost Pressure Sensor located close to radiator. Which was my suprise when I've found a sensor with reference 55203202 -7.00607.00 instead of the right reference for my car 55228986-7.03003.01.0

According to I've been resesrching using online dealers the first reference belongs to the engine 1.9 150 hp.

Could someone confirm me whether this reference is right or not for my car?.

Maybe some dealer has changed this part without my permision ???.

However it's odd since using a code scanner there is just one fault related to air mass flow incongruent. MAF was already changed without any success.

Cheers

I've bought the right sensor for my car (according to the online dealers). It just costs 30 euros and it's very easy to change it (two pipes and two nuts)so I'm going to try it.
I will update this thread when I have any conclusion.
Cheers

Can you help I have same.issue can you tell.me where yours was

Hi
Finally I changed the boost pressure sensor and my car were failing again. A couple of months ago, I changed the exhaust pressure sensor and currently I can say...the problem is solved.
The exhaust pressure sensor is located in the firewall between engine and interior and it is very easy to change it.

Cheers
