Re: Bravo climate control flap actuator motor replacement

@ aurick86 - Thanks! I will check if this also true for the Bravo I have. Right now it's in the shop for having the clutch changed after 140k.

Re: Bravo climate control flap actuator motor replacement

Hi
In our Bravo there is a metal under dashboard covering the heater box so unfortunately it is not possible to get access to the actuators. The only way is removing dashboard and this metal cover.
Some people talking about drilling this metal covering to get access but I don’t know if this a right way to fix it.

Re: Bravo climate control flap actuator motor replacement

Remove Sony then remove the mask with buttons -ten screws I think.
This flap will go out with the mask

Bravo climate control flap actuator motor replacement

I realised there is no need to remove these panels to access screws to remove console. After having removed glovebox and console I will tackle the actuator. I have decided to drill a hole in the diecast bracket that surrounds the heater box. In most cases the problem is not the motors but the plastic gear I have been told.

Re: Bravo climate control flap actuator motor replacement

Can anyone tell me which actuator controls flow to the footwells and which one controls flow to either side of the cabin (Bi-zone) as I currently experience one side hot and one side cold. Thanks

Re: Bravo climate control flap actuator motor replacement

Hello my digit air conditioner fitted Bravo claims "B1901 - Windscreen motor feedback" error message and the windshield demisting is weak very much.
According to my mechanic, the white plastic coupling is in good condition. The actuator motor may be off. Can You please tell me what item numbered actuator I may need? The 120 angle version or the 150 ?
Nobody knows exactly, even the exploded view diagrams are nontransparent in this matter.
Thanks
