Technical Replace steering wheel to a new with controls. Will the controls work?

Hello everyone! I want your advice because i can t find a solution. I have the 1.4 16V active model , so i have the regular plastic steering wheel without the controls (volume , mute etc) . I have found a steering wheel leather with steering wheel controls. Is there any way to make the controls work with the mp3-radio?. I have the original fiat mp3 radio .

Well this depends on the wiring of the car... Got the same steering wheel as you, so if someone can tell, it will be nice. But I don't think that wiring is prepared :/
