Hi,
I have a 60 plate bravo with the older blue and me version which you need an adapter for iPhone and has no aux input.

I bought the later module version and the aux/USB port from a 2012 fiat 500.

I am unable to get the steering controls to operate the blue and me module.

I have an ELM 327 interface and muliecuscan version 1.7.

I have tried doing a proxi alignment but no luck, connecting to the blue and me module through the body computer I get error messages.

Does anybody know if the later version of muliecuscan will work or does it need to be programmed to the car?

Has anybody been miss-guided enough to even try such a foolish thing?

I don't want a stupid adapter and I want Aux.

Thanks

Dave

This is what is displayed about the blue and me module.

I believe this would be a useful thread to anyone who may try this also.

Sadly I think I am defeated as I believe the module needs to be programmed to the steering controls, clock readout and head unit.

But saying that I would love to try a laeberhorn blue and me from a later bravo, but was unable to find one.

Buying the adapter for iPhone isn't a full solution either, as I understand android needs to have the music stored on the smartphone not the memory card.

Usb sticks it is . . . I feel betrayed.

On this occasion it is not Bravo!

Me thinks more like Cattivo!

Put old head unit in and see if you can connect to that and see if you get any errors. If not then incompatible head unit by the sound of it.

It was a standard stereo. I gave up but I bet fiat could programme it.

But if somebody could half inch a fiat computer I think it's possible.
