Technical Bravo wont start ???

hi guys,

My fiat Bravo 2007 1.4 petrol just wont start, It had a new battery fitted last week and when RAC came to look he didn't come up with much except these error codes, B1005, B1008 and U1602.

I have attached a video below any suggestion would be appreciated.

Probability is a poor connection..
Maybe an earth lead.

Did you try putting some petrol in its tank?

I can confirm there is fuel in the tank, the fault is electrical, central locking, interior lights or radio all stopped working.

so fiat auto electrician came along and suggested that the car computer is not responding he suggest to change the immobiliser receiver. he also said worse come worse you need to change the ecu, main board ?? lock set and the barrel petrol cap. does this sound about right to any of you ?
