Technical Subwoofer into stock stereo?

Hello! I'm not sure if this is already on here but I'm after some help. Just bought a 2008 1.4 T Jet 150 Bravo the other day and I've been doing some research on how to install the aux cable into the back of the stock stereo, which is easy and I shall be doing it as soon as possible. What I was wondering is there anyway to install some RCAs alongside it for a subwoofer? (I have the standard stereo, not blue&me or mp3)

Easiest way to do this is to wire the RCA's off the Rear Speaker output. Either have all the standard speakers of the car running of the front output and the subs on the rear output alone, or having both the rear door speakers and the subs runnig off the same output. Unfortunately there is no sub output on any of the Bravo radios besides maybe the Nav one
