Has anyone used a radio signal booster for the standard HU in the bravo?

I have contemplated getting a new head unit but whilst B&M is working, its pretty pointless.

My radio has recently started playing up, it used to work fine but all of a sudden it won't pick any channels up I've tried a new aerial but it still doesn't work
