Just thought I'ld pop in and say hi to the bravo section as this will be my new second home in the forum

Some of you may know me from the Stilo and 126 section. I've just traded my beloved Stilo :)cry:) in for a shiney nearly new bravo 1.4 turbo 140. This is an ex fiat managers car and comes with the sky roof, heated seats and (so I'm told) really fancy xenon lights that "turn as you drive around corners" ........ Magic bean stuff to me but at 7500 miles it's condition is excellent and I love the wheels!

Anyway here's some pictures :) I've been told by my wife that I'm not allowed to fiddle with this one....... We'll see :D

Looks

You've even got the fairly rare factory fitted alloys there (y)

The headlights don't turn around corners, just the fog lamps operate on the respective sides at low speed to light up the corners - but with your HID Bi-Xenon headlights (£800 option) IIRC this is a fairly pointless feature, as I found on my Bravo with factory fitted HIDs, still a good feature on the Bravo's with standard headlights though :)

Ah gadge well I didn't think I would see you tinkering in this section of the forum let alone buying the best coloured bravo out there imo not biased hmm,
Anyhow welcome to the Bravos elite,

It won't be long I wasn't going to do much to mine but well it went right out the back window!!!!!!??????

Cheers buddy :D it was nearly a blue one but someone got there just before me but the White is soooo shiney! I just couldn't hepl myself! :D gotta wait two weeks before I can pick it up though

You seen it on a dull day? Looking at a white car polished up on a sunny day can hide all sorts :) Spotted 5 stone chips a I missed when I first saw mine on an overcast day! However clean pearl white looks awesome.

Congrats, the car looks great!
To answer your question, yes it does have the M32 gearbox.
And being the 140hp version i would say it also has the multiair electric-hidraulic-whatever valves. There are a few thoughts out there that the system still has some flaws and they are not as strong as the older T-jets..but they are more refined.

We'll see how it fares up then :D I won't be driving it hard. It only has 18 months left on warranty and I only do 4000 miles a year so I doubt it would go then :(

Great looking car! Was a choice between a Grande Punto and a Bravo for me and the mrs; ended up finding a cheaper grande punto but was certainly a hard choice.

looks like my car except in white.
great choice of specs. do you have the sub in the boot?

edit: why are the mirrors black?

Yeah there's a sub on the left hand side of the boot. Quite a good sound system actually. Its an ex Fiat UK managers car so I guess that's why it's got a lot extra goodies on it like the heated seats and fancy lights. Not sure why the mirrors are black - they just are

There black due to the 2014 facelift I think we have gloss black fog surrounds gloss black wing mirrors and tinted headlights with no orange indicator section just the bulb glows orange when turning and chrome door handles

You can notice it between mine and Rigby's
