@BravoCity also dude where you put gps receiver?

At first I consider hiding it in the glove box, However the signal was very weak so I decide to put the GPS receiver in the left hand on the dash board, run the wires into the side grooves which will hide the wires. Haven't had any issues with Gps signal in bad weather or good. (y)

I will be having a play with it tomorrow buddy and will let you know i dunno if bradgibbs or BravoCity have steering controls or rafsteve does or if they work

Got reverse cam ordered up too

Well after literally plugging and playing I been messing around with the new stereo,

Blue and me 'bear in mind I have only had this a day and haven't really driven the car properly yet with radio upgrade'
Dvd player is awsome too, also have the option to put aerial in HU for digital tele too

My blue and me works fine however it does come with BT phone on the HU.what I have done is left my phone paired with the blue and me as when it was paired with the radios BT it stopped working.

Also before I used a usb adaptor which I had an sd card inserted into to play music through the usb port down by the 12v supply,
Now the stereo has a SD card and a micro usb slot if you got a Samsung phone it's the part on your charger which goes into the bottom of your phone when charging.
This freeing up my usb slot to charge phone and do what ever with.**I will upload pics of leads**

Have to say the radio does come with a selection of cables to plug into the back with ends for all sorts
Hdmi, ipod.rear view camera.usb sound system hooking up sub.
Also it comes with a gps antenna which you can put where you decide it has a magnet on the back as I didn't want it on display I have mine behind the HU it has plenty of play to put elsewhere.

Just awaiting reverse cam:D

So whats the sound quality like with these things? I often listen to music fairly loud (Vol 25 on standard head unit)
Definitely thinking about taking the plunge and buying one of these HU. Just need a bit more info about it.

Hi,
I still dont know which one to get , I guess the only difference from what I can see is the slightly more expensive one has wifi connectivity? ( I am talking about the ebay seller icebox auto by the way !)

Okay so i didn't have any ideas come forward from anybody via my

Thread.

1St pic is to do it cutting into your rear electrics risking error's

2nd with cable from maplin and 2 jacks

So I went along to maplin and I was right there's no need to go cutting into your rear lights to source a feed for the camera the lead they supply has all you.

I brought 5m of cable only need a single core but brought twin just incase future projects, and two dc male plugs.

Ran both cables from front to back and hooked up camera.

And for £12 well impressed with it the quality is top draw highly recommend this to anybody and best of all it doesn't look too big either overall well happy.

Pics of how I did it below and a pic to show distance with a bag for you to see
