Tuning Air filters

Its located on the right hand side near the bottom, I would think you need the car on a ramp to get a good look at the air-filter.

Yeah agreed i changed mine to k&n ,put it up on jack theres 3 bolts holding the cover on underneath think there 7 or 8 mm

Did you change your Air Filter in the end? And was it straight forward job to do ?

K&N make a filter special for the Bravo original housing. I would get that any day of the week over the regular cone filter.

You can also change the filter by driving the car up on a sidewalk and positioning it in such a way that the right side is in the air.. it's the quickest method I've found. (a 10 cm drop would be enough)

I don't have it. I just thought i should mention it exists.
+ the original filter design guarantees a larger surface area than a cone filter.... I mean look at it it's huge.

Do not expect anything else that noise.. maybe a bit more turbo whoosh sound.
For more power get it remapped.

just changed mine and that's way too expensive got mine 30 quid off fleabay straight swap for original paper one, didn't notice much in performance can hear the whoosh as you come on and off throttle

the remap wont be seen by a dealer as its flashed over the original software

Yeah I found it on ebay for £33, a remap was something I was undecided on but to be safe as I have know somebody who had a remap and voided their Warrenty to then have an issue which would have been covered by Warrenty.so tuning box is safer option least for now
