General T-jet P1172 P0300 P0304 Starting problems in the cold

If you own t-jet and find this problems anoying,
when car starts from 3-5 attempts - it is not annoying?
sell the car.
Simple as that.
not so simple, because nobody needs car which does not wants to start
well, except for spare parts and sell them separatly :D

P.S. and how to solve the problem in terms of interest / hobby?)

Now when is colder (-4 to +2 degree Celsius), i have no cold start issues.
I connected car to MES, got message for invalid signal from oxygen sensor (lambda) above catalysator (P 0130). So waiting for sensor to come
I could be connected to P1172 that is also detected

I emptied fuel tank and put 100 octane fuel, after that engine started from 1st attempt... will see... stupid car

So exactly what i said multiple times... starts well with good new /fresh fuel.

It's a fueling issue.... but from my many years dealing with the issue, it looks more like a programing issue that a hardware issue.

probably done for better emissions...or maybe to protect the catalytic converter.

I've replaced multiple sensors, pump, regulator, gaskets etc etc ... even the engine. :D

Only thing that makes it start is adding a bit more fuel at cold start.... that is why it starts after a few attempts, there will be enough fuel in the intake.

The whole issue is massively exaggerated on cars with LPG because the fuel stays 5-10 times longer in the tank, as opposed to the cars running 100% on petrol.

I added new fuel (20l) when in tank was 5 -7 liters only, but it is not enough! As I know now.
You should pumped of ALL old fuel completely to 0.0 liters. Then refuel new, but not just 95 regular octane (especially not "ECO" fuel with alcohol), and only 98-100 or 95 super quality.
P.S. ECO fuel - decomposes (over time) into water with alcohol. And every morning your fuel pump deliver water in to injectors (from the tank bottom) :yuck:

or maybe to protect the catalytic converter.
ooooh yes! :D when you trying to start stupid car from 5 attempts - it is SO "protective" for the catalytic!

I heard that fiat in 2010 made new firmware for cars 2007-2010 years... But I did not learned this topic yeat

etc etc ... even the engine. :D
crazy things... I replaced only some sensors and fuel filter.

The whole issue is massively exaggerated on cars with LPG because the fuel stays 5-10 times longer in the tank, as opposed to the cars running 100% on petrol.
it is clear, on LPG change of fuel occurs once in 4-6 months a maximum,
BUT other normal cars (I had Volvo 2.0T for example) starts very well on THE SAME fuel...

I know, I have been dealing with the issue for many years.

But on the other hand my t-jet 120 ...is now making ~230 hp:D...so it has that going for it.

also the t-jet does have slightly lower compression ratio then newer ...aspirated/turbo cars...so that could play a part in it... not necessarily a massive part, but it all adds up

so you have new version of ECU firmware, where cold-start algorithm fixed? :)

yes, i should... had in at Fiat a couple of times, different locations, they checked for updates for my car... all was up-to-date.

Also since then i've remapped it two times (different base files)... problem was still present all times

so, after time I still have cold start issue, but only when fuel on the tank older then 2-3 weeks... when fuel is fresh - starts well every day on cold..
it is really strange car. :D
