General Will '54 Alfa 147 spacesaver wheel fit an '09 Bravo

I'm new here.. so hope I'm posting in the right place.
I'm collecting an 09 Bravo Active T-Jet 150 5 door tomorrow. It hasn't got a spare wheel (I have checked this with Fiat to see if it's been removed but it hasn't had one from new.) but it does have the puncture repair kit. I'm not keen on not having a spare wheel.. does anyone know if the spacesaver wheel from my 54 plate Alfa Romeo 147 would fit?

Alfa 147 and also 156 use 5*98 (5 bolts on 98mm circle), Bravo had 4*98. Also, wont fit.
