Just wondering if anyone can help with this little issue on my 07 Bravo 1.4 dynamic, Basically when i reach 60 Mph i get a little beep and the message ( Speed limit Reached ) on the dash.

Not sure what its purpose is or how to turn off, might be a classic case of Read the manual but i didnt get a manual with mine so if anyones got an online copy please forward the link :D. It doesnt affect anything else or physically limit my speed but if i slow down for a moment and speed back up i get the beep and message again!

Also my cruise control isnt working and was wondering if the two problems might be connected? It switches on and lights up on the dash like it should saying 'cruise control on', but you just cant seem to set the speed no matter what? Might be a common problem but cant find much about it,

Any info would be very much apreciated??

Check the download link at the top of the Bravo section (y)

The speed limit warning can be disabled or modified via the menu options ( next to the Hu there is a button "Menu".. to use that the car needs to be On, and speed zero )

Yea you need to make sure you're parked up when you do this. The menu gets limited when you are moving. This confused me for a while I must admit :p

I actually find this useful. I've got it set at 75mph, and when it beeps, my satnav tells me I'm doing 70.

On the motorway its a little reminder not to "speed up that little bit to get past that car/lorry etc." and end up way over the limit.
