Being the careful sort, I took it (very!) easy through any deep puddles, mostly because I don't yet know where the air intake is. It was mounted on the slam panel on my Focus, but I've not spotted it yet on the Bravo. Is it low down behind the bumper (and therefore at risk of sucking in water if I end up hitting a deep puddle) or is it a bit higher up?
