Styling abarth front and rear badges

So then....anyone found where to get Abarth tailgate badge? mine is the type with the tailgate button in the badge.

Reason for me changing badge is that both front and back badges are w4nk and cloudy. They need replacing and whats wrong with replacing them to something that looks far better? :D

I gathered there are 2 schools of thoughts here, well, IMHO, whatever one wanna do to his ride is pretty much his own free will. He used his hard earned money to buy that precious car isn't it? So why are we so worked up in someone wanting to change his Fiat badge to Abarth badge?

He is just asking a simple question, is it easy or difficult to change e emblems? So give him a simple answer...

Hey bro, it's pretty straight forward for e rear but front u gotta sand down a bit on e center portion of e rear of e badge. Go look for e original emblems in MW Motorsports my friend...

Just been on eBay. Found rear abarth badge to fit the bravo with boot switch. The seller says it will fit the bravo, I emailed him the size of my rear badge and he messages back to say he's measured and sized them up and it's a perfect match.
It's from the punto evo abarth rather then the grande punto abarth. Apparently they are different.
£25 I'll keep people updated once they arrive :)

OK so resurrecting this thread how do you go about replacing the badges?

does the front bumper have to come off or just the grille part?

the rear is complete with switch, any special procedure required?

cheers (y)

The back one is easy, its all one piece, just replace and screw in.

The front one is enclosed behind the grill, which needs to come out to fit it I found, couldn't fine and easier way, so dont have to take the bumper off if you can get the grill out

Re: Re: abarth front and rear badges

how do the grills come out?

i need to spray them black

Just grab the grill on top left or right and carefully pull outwards. Then work ur way along the length of the grill. It comes out pretty easily. I sprayed mine black, looks so much better than silver especially on my blue Bravo.

This is off-topic but do you have a picture of your Bravo with the black grill? I would like to see it.

Not yet mate, cheers for the link/advice.
It's £9 postage to N'Ireland so £51 all up with discount.
I'm going to try Donnellys Fiat (Mallusk) - they've said they'll beat Internet prices!
I've just ordered OEM Bravo mats for £49 from them
