General Look what I found, new touchscreen navigation HU for bravo

Hello
I have the HL-8811GB, and i dont have the original sd card of gps. Can you send me a copy of yours.
I want to instal the map of morocco, what i have to do to fix this problem? (Excus my poor english)
Thnks a lot

Hi all,

I just bought a brand new Chinese GPS for my 2010 Bravo Multijet. I had the Instant Nav before, but this system wasnt doing it for me.

I connected the power thusfar and I am not able to connect Blue and me or steering wheel control, since I dont know which cables to take from inside the dashboard. The GPS comes with a CAN BUS decoder and I tried to connect it to the right cable. It seems to work fine, because as soon as I turned on the headlights the screen of the Chinese HU went dimm. But after this I was not able to power down the HU and the car, even if I removed the keys from the car and I got several electronical error messages on the clocks (like low fuel, engine hot, etc). After disconnecting the battery for a few seconds, all was normal again.

Status for now:
- Not connected to CAN BUS
- Steering Wheel control not working
- Blue and me not working
- USB port of Blue and me system not connected

Can anyone help me out with these problems?
Does anyone have experience with the wiring of the Bravo? Please help me out.

thnx!

Some specs and pics of the unit

ok short update, the steering wheel control is working, but not via this menu on the HU. I think it is working via the CAN BUS, because whatever key assignment I give, it will keep an already programmed setting. The only thing is, I also cannot assign the windows key and the main menu/telephone key. The other keys are already good assigned.

Also still when I turn of the car and remove the key, the car and HU will stay on... Thats not so good, since it will drain my battery. I am guessing a CAN BUS vs HU conflict. Do I have to insert the HU in the CAN BUS system in order to have it working properly?? Anyone experience or good advice?

Get that shoddy thing out of your car before it burns it down.

It baffles me why you'd even consider keep that thing when it interferes with the ignition of your car in such a crazy way.

Is having a washed up lcd with outdated road maps and terrible audio quality that appealing??
