right i managed just to replace the front H1's with not swearing too much, just wondering how the hell we go about removing the rear cluster, I've removed the screws and the thing will not budge, it seems to be stuck on the lower section, don't want to force it too much as they are stupid ass money for a new cluster, anyone got any tips on how to remove it best, my left had brake light has gone and my MOT is in two weeks....trust the fiat lol

take a cloth and slide it between the wing and the light cluster, then pull on both corners of the cloth pulling the light cluster with it.

There is something to break, as thats what I did...on both sides :bang:

There are hard plastic clips, which can easily snap. Luckily, the one I broke doesnt seem to do much, as when re clipped in (with the unbroken ones) and the screw, the light is very secure.

Knowing this, when I removed the otehr side I still didnt avoid breaking the same clip off .....

Yup just done the same, managed to swap it in the car park in work, plastic flying everywhere, brake light works though :D

I didn't Tad, didn't have anything handy to get behind the cluster , will be using that technique for the offside one though, still need to do that side, couldn't undo the screws with the naff fiat screw driver :D

Thanks Hellcat, its easy enough to do when you know where to grab and pull ;)

On a side note the Osram Nightbreaks are awesome, the light seems to go on forever, 100 times better than the standard bulbs, I can actually see the road now
