Hi all, I am looking to fit a ragazzon exhaust to my 1.9 diesel sport. I really don't want it to sound chavy and was wondering how it would sound on a diesel model?? Wondered if anyone has had one fitted to a diesel model?

Modding exhausts on diesels is a waste of time.

Its mainly because there is some corrosion on the brackets on the back box so was looking for a replacement.

Wire brush off rust and paint with high temp silver

When I say 'some' I mean heavy corrosion on the brackets to the point of simply flaking.

Oh right so is this normal for the exhausts? I have rubbed it back and painted it with hi temp anti rust paint.

Hi, mine has a Ragazzon. These pipes aren't noisy or chavvy, the build quality is very good and the sound is a vortex/wooshy sound, truly unique..............

I'm interested in how an aftermarket box sounds on a diesel. Have heard how it sounds like a tractor etc but with my diesel in particular (HDi) it is almost petrol like from the front end. No diesel clatter.

Wondering how it does sound before I go fitting. The aftermarket exhaust I had on my Bravo was lovely sounding as it had a lovely burble rather than a deafening scream and I have thought about fitting one again to the C5.

Anyone have a video of the ragazzon on a diesel?? Ta!
