So, got round to reverting my Bravo back to showroom standards today.

This involved;

Taking the Spax lowering springs off and replacing with originals.
Removing the Fox alloy wheels and fitting the original steel wheels (and horrible plastic trims)
Detaching the GSR Induction kit and refitting the FIAT airbox.
And finally, ripping the headlight tint cover off.
(keeping the HID kit on because i'm not good with electronics and it looks complicated [garage fitted it for me])

So next step is finding the perfect 150T Sport to do a trade in.

I'll update you guys when I have the beauty in my possession.

Can't... bloody... wait!! :slayer:

So now you have "new parts" for the T-Jet Sport to come (y) Any
ideas of the colour ?

The only thing that will be going back on the new car will be the GSR kit, but as the silicone hosing for the 90hp engine is a different shape, I will need to purchase some flexi tubing stuff I think...

My alloys have suffered extreme weathering and the polished chrome effect has completely died, and they now look terrible.

The Spax springs lower it by too much so I guess I'll just keep the stock Sport springs because my back/ass can't take much more of the extreme bumpiness that came with the lowered car.

Colour choice? Either Black, Marenello Red, Maserati Blue or back to good ol' White.

My Uncle is a manager at an Arnold Clark garage so he's doing the hunting for me. :)

Both of you have sexy black ones, so I wouldn't mind joining the club!

I had Maserati Blue out of desperation - I wanted Maranello Red but couldnt find the right one so settled for Blue. Boy am I glad, when cleaned and polished up with the two tone grey wheels nothing touches it for class. I sit in traffic for fun and laugh at the dull grey Golfs all around me and how boring they look.

Just out of curiosity... if I was to replace the GSR kits usual rubbery, siliconey tubing stuff with plasticy flex tube (you know the stuff) would it take away from the effectiveness of the GSR at all?

I asked for either Crossover Black or Maserati Blue when I ordered mine. Boy was I desparate to get my hands on one!

The first multijet sport they could get their hands on was a Crossover Black with blue stitched seats. At first I was a bit upset as I wanted red stitching but over time (about 40 minutes!) I've grown to love it and wouldn't change it.

Of course every time I see a Masser blue Bravo I pine for it but then it would probably be the other way around if I had got the blue and saw a crossover!

I´m sure Whitebravo that you´re going to find a real beauty with the
help of your Uncle (y)

The Top 3 colours are good, despite the Bravo looks good in every
colour ( Not in pink  ) as you stated before !

Good hunting for the perfect one :slayer:

Update: The search so far is not going well. :(

Sucks but I'm not surprised. Took me two months of one-hour-per-day searching and weekend/evening viewings before I found a nice example, and I wasnt too fussy about colour/trim etc...

UPDATE!!!!!!!!!!

Very good news indeed!

My Uncle has found that a fellow Arnold Clark garage has sprouted a 59 plate Crossover Black 1.4 T150!

Best news is, we know the exact history of the car as its actually the managers wifes car!!

It has 25k miles on it but they are all motorway miles as she drove roughly 500 miles a week going from Aberdeen to Edinburgh for work. I have been assured that she took good care of it, and we're now awaiting pictures of it before it is transferred from Aberdeen to Glasgow.

I'm pretty happy about this!

Hopefully have my hands on it really soon. :)
