My external temperature sensor is around +7C degrees out from the true air temp. Is there a way of recalibrating it?
If a new one is required how easy is it to change? Is it a seperate part or part of the whole wing mirror?

Sensor can not be recalibrated and can not be replaced as an individual unit. The sensor is part of the passenger door wing mirror main body and costs £90+ to replace. Lucky for me my car is just inside the warrenty date and will be changd by Fiat

there did used to be a trick with the stilo of undoing the door loom harness, start the car, let it error (as there is no signal as you disconnected the wire), stop the car, re fasten the loom, start, and it would sometimes reset.

not sure if this could end up causing proxy-align issues
