Technical Loud noise when braking in reverse

Hey guys, i got a very annoying problem for the past couple of months. When i go into reverse gear (like getting out of my garage) and brake, there is a very loud metal to metal noise. I don't think this is normal. The rear brake pads are good enough and i got new front ones last week, but still get the same noise... what the hell???
Also very embarrasing when there is people around, some lough and stair like WTF??

Anyone else has the same issue?
Any ideas?

Sounds to me like your pads are moving, I've had it before, been told nothing to worry about but it does make a horrible noise. Only happened when I broke from reversing. Maybe try some copper grease around where the pad sits in the caliper?

Same here. It doesnt bother me much. I've heard it on other car makes and models

Have you checked inside and outside pads? If the caliper slider has became stuck you will wear one pad faster than the other.
