Arnold Clark are starting to get right up my chufter now

Whole new front discs and pads put in about a month ago, but this week, the car has developed a mega annoying rattle coming from the front underside when I go over bumpy roads...I presume that this is a loose caliper, or anti rattle clip missing etc, but I'm pretty much about to hand the keys back and ask for a refund.

On top of that, it also needs a new clutch as it cant make up it's mind whether to be tight or normal which plays havoc with my sciatica...

Clutch aside, is the rattle a "known" issue with replaced brakes, or is it a symptom of something like worn bushes ?

This whole Bravo-owning experience is starting to drive me potty.

That's what it sounded like actually, although when the problems keep coming it's hard to maintain equilibrium.

What's the clutch thing exactly?

Sciatica? Get yourself to an osteopath.
Cured mine, which was associated to an injury which 'conventional' medicos said would have me in a wheelchair by the time I was 50. T*ss*rs!!

Cost me a small fortune over about 3 years, but I'd recommend it to anyone.

It's hard to say (I know about the inability to adjust it etc due to it being hydraulic), however the pedal tightness/slackness seems to have a mind of it's own - it's either a heavy bugger to press, or it's not (does that make sense ?) - anyway, because of it, the clutch is slipping ever so slightly - which on a 57 plate and 1.5k of driving, is not really on.

It's been a nightmare (as said), that I hope to wake up from very soon :(

Been there, paid the tshirt - and tbh it had cleared up a lot until the clutch started buggering around with my left leg....still, that's why god invented diclofenac and tramadol :D

Diclofenac, along with all non-steroidal anti-inflamatories rips sh*t (pardon the pun) out of your stomach lining, if used long-term. Avoid if at all possible.

For me, it is too late! My stomach lining is in tatters. Took 3 or 4 types over about a 7 year period.

Get yourself an inversion table:

I use mine about twice per month.
