dont know much about the bravo but ive not known anyone to have any problems with the same engine in the grande punto.

When you take your Bravo for a spin, check your driveway with it at the same time,
if possible ;)

T-Jet is a good Bravo to own and enjoyable in every way. Moisturized back
lights, Fiat-logos and the steering wheel was the problems for my car, but
got them replaced via warranty.

The details only state 2008. It could be 10 months old or 22 months old, so whether or not it's a bargain would depend on age.
€12,000/£10,750 sounds a bit steep, though, either way. My 18 month old T-Jet 150 Active cost £7,000 in June of this year.

Having said that it is fairly low mileage, has a leather steering wheel with controls, Blue and Me, alloys etc.

Start bargaining at €9,000. What have you got to lose by asking?

Hi all,
Test drove it today and was impressed with the power and handling.Bodywork is perfect and the sport button really makes a difference,as you know already.
Car will be 2 years old in february and would get service and full body polish etc.

The problem in ireland is that we get very high prices,i e this car would have been 26k plus new, wish i was in the uk.

I also drove the dynamic 90 and found it okay and prob equal to my 1.2 stilo in power.

Is the 150 bhp service costs higher than the 90 bhp?
Is there a dual mass flywheel in them?

Thanks for all your help and info.

regards,

Kieran

Hi

Well i dont know for sure about the servicing costs but i would have only said it will get more costly is when the timing belt is due as its a bit more invovled to do the cam timing because the turbo has to be removed in order to set the cams locks in place.....

But other than that im pretty sure pound for pound the same.
(im probably wrong tho)

And i would suspect it would have a dual mass, have a look on eper

So i went and did the deal @€9500 today and car is getting a service and polish and will be collecting next friday/saturday.
I cant wait and have to start looking up how to use the climate control and blue me system, guess i am gonna be doing a lot of reading on the bravo forum!!!

Has anyone got info on what line accessories i should put on as he has said that i can get them @cost on the day for my car.

Thanks again for all your help and info.

Kind Regards,

Kieran

Hello Kieran!

Congratulations on your new car!!!
I drive T-Jet Sport 150T and have to say - I LOVE IT!!! I'm getting my car serviced tmw as it's due 30kkm service - cost is 199euro with sparkplugs, oil, all filters and whatever else has to be done - getting it done in Fiat Airton Road, Tallaght, Dublin. What part of IRE are you from?

Best Regards,
Peter

Hi Peter,

I am in cork and car is getting serviced prior to collection so next service i think is 35k?

Milage now is 15k.

Tell ya one thing peter,ye dubs get alot better deals on fiat cars than us corkonians!!!

€199 seems very good for the service maybe i will be driving up to ya,lol.

Regards,

Kieran

Kieran - are you talking bout miles or kilometers? First service is due @18000miles or 30000km, and then every 18kmiles/30kkm...
It's a pity that you are in Cork - a bit of travel to get it serviced in dublin but what you can do you can always tell them in your garage to match the service price from the garage in Dublin (Fiat Airton Road,Tallaght - currently EP Mooney, Airton Road, Tallaght) and if they say they won't do this tell them that you gonna go to Dublin then. We have recession time now and it's the customer who's telling the price!
Don't agree for the first price they give you - it's not worth it!!

Ps. Nice to see another Bravo owner in Ireland! Very few of us on this forum...

Yipee,
Got it and boy is it a beaut to go!!

Just a few questions..
Got 2 keys with it 1x "proper" and 1 smaller key without push button lock.
Service book i was told is not done anymore, its all kept on fiats database according to chasis number.

Are these facts correct?

Regards,

Kieran

Keys are right. The service thing sounds like a load of "what bullocks ain't got"
